All our suppliers have been evaluated by us and have consistant high quality and adequate stock to supply small,medium and large orders.
Every order is carefully checked before being dispatched.
All our products are covered by a 12 month warranty,for return and replacement.

Almost all our products work in most countries you can contact us if you are unsure.

Do i have to pay for shipping,delivery,taxes,customs,duties?
All shipping and delivery to the UK,USA and Canada are free.
Depending on your countries local customs and duty laws most small or single items go through with no charge, larger orders may have to pay a charge when passing through customs see your local laws more a issue for wholesale buyers.
We charge no extra or hidden taxes on items no matter how small or large the item in fact if we can save you money we will.

How do i know my order is being delivered?
You will recieve an email confirming your order is being processed.
Once your order is processed you will receive an email with an order number, tracking number and contact number for the courier being used.

Do i recieve discounts?
Yes all retail customers recieve discounts when they sign up for our Free saver card.
All our wholesale customers recieve discounts depending on the size of thier order the more they order the more they save.
We will always try and save our customers money if we can if our suppliers products are cheaper when order is processed we will pass this on to our customer.
